  AB Physio has an amazing team. I really appreciate the focus on prevention not just on fixing things up. I also find they listen and have such a personal approach.

  At the end of January 2017, I was involved in a serious car accident. Two months of hospital - bound rehabilitation followed to repair multiple spinal fractures, lacerations to my ankle and knee fascia and a fractured pelvis. Upon leaving hospital, I felt isolated and frustrated with the Physio treatment assigned to me by the hospital system. I have always exercised and wanted to take my rehabilitation seriously. Having been referred to Aurelie by a friend I haven't look back! Her knowledge in every aspect of physical rehabilitation has seen me progress in the hydrotherapy sessions which were offered once a week and in her clinic. I can now swim 1km and walk up to 5km and I'm feeling confident enough to transition back to work. Each appointment was approached with care and precision while in consultation with my GP and employer. No stone was left unturned; I can wholeheartedly say that without Aurelie and her team, I wouldn't be where I am now, both physically and mentally. Thank you very much - you're all awesome :)
