- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The polite description is that the main guy, Steve, has attitude. He's confrontational and unhelpful. When the scooter required more work because something broke when the mechanic undid a nut, he was rude when I queried what happened and whether due care had been taken. His response was I could just take the scooter away as it was. No willingness to take any responsibility. I wanted the job done, so attempted to calm him down. The price he quoted originally went from $180 to over $400. No willingness to negotiate. I took the scooter home with the bits still undone. He retained $30 of the deposit. Later that day he read my review. He phoned me, angry about it. He expected me to take it down. When I refused he insulted me. I said he needed training in customer service.
