- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Kieran is old school of the best kind - he's the type of therapist who takes his time to understand the issue and how it started, gives a quality healing session, sends you away with homework so you can continue your self healing journey and prevent the issue recurring, and he has a lovely bed side manner - caring but firm! He also has a range of techniques and tools - his amazing hands, needles and ultrasound. Recently my yoga practice has ramped up and a very very old weakness in my shoulder is troubling me. Kieran's work is enabling me to continue my practice by removing my pain and shoulder restriction and he has given me strengthening/correcting exercises to reduce and prevent future issues (the homework bit). He also makes himself available for emergency visits, early morning or evening sessions - which as a full time worker is such a blessing!
